Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure you feel nourised and satisfied with your purchase. If our programs aren't the right fit, we'll make it right.

1. Ebooks & Digital Downloads

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all recipe ebooks and individual digital downloads. If you feel the content didn't meet your expectations, simply email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

2. Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

Subscriptions to "Nourish & Thrive" and "Vitality Immersion" can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Refunds for the current billing period are available if requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@vitalitybyzineb.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you're seeking a refund. We process all requests within 48 business hours.

4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

Once a 1:1 coaching session has been completed, it is non-refundable. Additionally, specialized consulting services that have already been delivered are not eligible for refunds.
